Wow, I really do suck at this blogging thing, don’t I? \u00a0I’m working on getting better, I promise. \u00a0Things have been stupid busy over the last two weeks, and some things have had to give. \u00a0I’m hoping to get a bunch of stuff up in the next week, though.<\/p>\n

Here’s what’s been going on.<\/p>\n

For starters, my new schedule is AWESOME! \u00a0I love it. \u00a0It’s just what I needed, and if that was the only thing that had changed, I probably wouldn’t have been so quiet here. \u00a0Of course, life doesn’t work like that. \u00a0There was the snowstorms, for one thing. \u00a0For all the poetic beauty of a snowstorm in New Hampshire, I personally hate them. \u00a0I hate shoveling, I hate being cold, I hate having to wear coats and shoes. \u00a0HATE IT. \u00a0I know, I know, I’m living in the wrong area. \u00a0Trust me, I know. \u00a0Winter and I do not get along. \u00a0There was my husband being let go from his job this past week. \u00a0That royally sucked. \u00a0No fault of his, either – the company was downsizing and sadly, contractors are always the first to go. \u00a0So if you are in southern New Hampshire (you know, Concord to Nashua) and you know of a shipper\/receiver job, please let me know. \u00a0He’s a really good worker! \u00a0And then my great-uncle died yesterday.<\/p>\n

Yeah, it’s been a rough couple of weeks.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

But there are some good things coming too.\u00a0I have a cover reveal for an author friend coming on February 17th, and I’m working on a new release of my own.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I’ve decided not to query\u00a0Into Thin Air<\/em>, but to make it the next release I’m doing. \u00a0And so, I had to commission a cover, of course. \u00a0There will be more on it later. \u00a0But isn’t it pretty?<\/p>\n
