LJ is being stupid

Sorry, folks, I can’t edit the LJ post of the last Advent story. I will, as soon as I can get in to edit it.

Deadline met!

My newest short is done and off to the editor. 5499 words. Giant spiders. Wine barrels. Demons. What’s not to love?

(to-do/updates) Not good at blogging lately

I’m sorry, folks. I’m not sure why I’m not blogging lately – it’s just been one of those things I haven’t been doing. I’m trying to unplug from the Internet and while that’s good for my writing, it’s not good for updating the blog. The good news is that this training schedule ends on Thursday …

(blog post) Just a note

Due to illness, the blog post will be delayed until this evening. Sorry.

(metrics) Deathmarch Day 1

I really wanted to finish this book this weekend. Unless I don’t sleep for 48 hours, that won’t happen. But I will get a major chunk done. Today’s work (12 hours!) got me through the second major battle in the book, and into the aftermath. Tomorrow, I’m hoping for an equal amount. Starting Count: 48312 …
